Booking and estimates

How do I book? Enter the registration online and choose the closest service, or call the Streatham workshop.

What if I do not know which service I need? Describe the symptoms or warning light. The team can recommend an inspection or diagnostic booking.

Will you contact me before additional work? Yes. MotorSector provides an estimate and waits for approval before work beyond the agreed booking.

Can you quote from a photo or message? Some straightforward items can be estimated, but many faults require an inspection before an accurate quote is possible.

MOT and servicing

Is an MOT the same as a service? No. The MOT checks minimum road-safety and environmental standards; servicing maintains the vehicle according to its requirements.

Can I book an MOT and service together? Yes. Combining appointments can save time and allows maintenance issues to be discussed alongside the test.

Which service level do I need? It depends on the vehicle, mileage, age, history and manufacturer schedule.

Diagnostics and repairs

Does diagnostics include the repair? Diagnostic testing identifies or narrows the cause. Repair parts and labour are quoted separately.

Do you work on all makes? MotorSector supports many makes and models. Confirm unusual, specialist, hybrid or high-voltage work before booking.

Are repairs guaranteed? Qualifying work carries the workshop's stated parts and labour guarantee. Terms and exclusions are confirmed in writing on the estimate.

What are your opening hours? Monday–Friday: 08:30–17:30. Saturday: Closed. Sunday: Closed.

Do you offer collection and delivery? Collection and delivery may be arranged by agreement. Ask the workshop about coverage, notice and any charge.
